How do we know?

How do we know Nature? How do we know ourselves? The knowledge that we need is not provided by the intellect and the five external senses. This our exteroceptive sensory motor system. This is how we manipulate and control things. At this point in history science is the problem and not the solution. We know the Earth and ourselves from within. We know from within through our interoceptive sensory motor system. Our animal intelligence is a pattern recognition engine that allows us to live in harmony, rather than dominance. This is the paradigm shift and this is the new inner anatomy that I teach about.
