Dear participants of the Prosocial Embodiment Workshop that I led yesterday:
If you attended I apologize for putting you through such a difficult experience. I taught a class yesterday that left me feeling deeply stumped. I am trying to teach about a revolutionary new fascial anatomy that we must feel to understand. I had made many promises but was unable to fulfill them.
It is a lot easier for me in person because I can touch you and move with you more closely as I teach. However I was unable to get in touch with you not just because it was online but because I was not in touch with myself.
This shook me up because it implies I myself don’t understand what I am teaching about, not fully at least. But on second thought that seems like a natural problem, doesn’t it? Still, I am sorry I put you through that awkwardness. Please forgive me.
I would like to have a second chance and perhaps as many more chances as I need to learn how to teach this revolutionary new form of synergistic anatomy.
Let me offer a new invitation.
An Embodied Anatomy Approach to Consilience: Biomechanical Cybernetics.

Would you like to discuss an anatomical approach to cybernetics or Synergetics? It relies on a new form of synergistic anatomy and one particularly important myofascial synergy, the deep core.
A myofascial synergy like the deep core can generate tremendous metastability, awareness of which I theorize is an embodied form of Consilience.
This is a major and very recent breakthrough in anatomical science. The literature has developed greatly in the last decade. This new form of structural embodied cognition relies on a very specific and very real but very basic new understanding of our skeleton. It is actually not difficult to remember or to engage actively in practice.
I would be happy to discuss it in detail and to do so I teach classes in person and online. Please contact me directly if you are interested. Very few will have made it this far.

Briefly, I teach about just a handful of very prominent, central bones. These bones function as servomechanisms, grips or levers, that help us both sense and activate the region they are at the center of. This is a big part of the biomechanical cybernetics I am trying to explain.

What I offer is a very important anatomical contribution to the growing literature on Cybernetics, unified theory or Consilience. A consensus is rapidly emerging online in a diverse, transdisciplinary and cultural search for truth that is motivated by a collective impulse to develop deep adaptive responses to the metacrisis.
The innovation in the field of synergistic anatomy is an aspect of our pursuit of Consilience that has not been specifically addressed. And yet it is of obvious relevance.
Our own inner self is of primary importance. Interoception is the sensory faculty that the anatomy of our deep core enables. This is our deep inner and postural sensory motor system. Its very rich afferent neurology is the main driver in developing an embodied consilient form of awareness. Although intellectually it can be described in great sophistication, it is in fact a preverbal animal intelligence. It is intuitive, instinctual, and comes naturally, as easily as a gentle inward smile.
I would be happy to discuss this with you. I discuss this in person and online at https://nochairpledge.wordpress.com

I also consider it in an explicitly erotic gay context in person, online and at my Tumblr account: Musclemonk
