I am excited about this

I have recently found a new approach to the deep core that I am really loving. It is a form of bioenergetics taught by a chiropractor that focuses on meditative activation of the anchor sites of the axial line. She uses chakra sites but takes a very practical and physical approach to it. These anchor sites of course correspond across all different people and all different cultural perspectives. They are predetermined by the body itself as its major neurological and structural junctures. For this reason this energetic approach offers some really great contrast and context to the more grounded approach we have been taking.

In my upcoming workshop I will take us through the series of guided body meditations exploring these two different ways of reaching within ourselves. We reach within ourselves in order to produce a kind of transcendence. Dr. Morton calls this Bliss but we call it prosocial embodiment or animal intelligence or activation of the right hemisphere. We work with the stations of the deep core, our axial line, in order to produce forms of functional structural metastability. This embodied, meditative and sensory motor metastabilities can result in a perceptual phase shift. Our cognitive goal is the activation of our holistic and right hemispheric system of cognition. We can think of this as animal intelligence but it is not inferior to what we normally think of as rational and analytical intelligence. In fact this form of Consilient awareness integrates the brain. It creates a sense of the larger whole of a more integrated and coordinated, bodywide sensorymotor structure. The deep core returns this form of awareness to us naturally from within.

Please join me in exploring our inner structure as a physical, tangible, and meaningful system of juicy energy codes. We do this as an addition to the simple skeletal anatomy of three bones theory.
