The big toe, the axial line of the body, and the ground.
It is surprising how important the big toe is for our posture, our stability, and our sense of groundedness. When we ground ourselves in the feet properly our entire structure feels more balanced.
Come and learn about the importance of the big toe through some gentle movements, meditative explorations, and self massage techniques.

The big toe is the major adaptation in the foot that separates us from other primates.

The big toe is responsible for more than half of the power and stability in the feet.
It is easy to relate to when we understand the tripod structure of the foot.

The big toe is our number one tool to ground ourselves. It is a primary bony lever that can help us resolve knee, hip and low back pain. Don’t ignore your big toe and allow it to be crushed in ill fitting shoes!

Come explore the big toe, the axial line of the body and our relationship with the ground!
