An embodiment approach to conscious evolution for the good of all. We will explore gentle, meditative movement practices for:
- postural restoration,
- inner self awareness, and
- better somatic grounding and centering.
We are building an embodied, interoceptive and somatic approach to Prosociality. The biopsychosocial body is an adaptive resource we have not begun to appreciate.
In today’s meeting, we will focus on the practical specifics of the anatomy of the deep core, our axial line. We will explore each of the major junctures of the body in turn for a great full-body experience.
This is a collective and we welcome diverse participation. Join us to learn something new about yourself and explore some easy and gentle prosocial embodiment activities.
